Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. CASHRULE is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item(s)
  • Packaging photos if applicable

Once reviewed, we will work to resolve the issue appropriately.

Lost or Stolen Packages

CASHRULE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped and marked delivered by the carrier.
